The Attachments Usage add-on displays a list of all attachments in a space. It shows details of the file and calculate how many it is used or referenced in the current space.
To find out whether the attachments on a Confluence wiki page are used anywhere in the space, only two steps are required.
Choose Tools > Attachments > Attachments usage to view attached files to the current Confluence space. See screenshot 1.
The column named "Referenced" displays how many attachment file is used in all pages and blogs within the current space.
The last column named "Check date" displays when attachment usage algorithm is executed. You can clear cache to refresh results.
Click on Referenced number to find more details about referenced pages and blogs. See screenshot 2.
